The process is as follows:
General industrial solid waste is sent to the shredder by the conveyor for primary shredding. Because most general industrial solid waste needs to be incinerated or made of RDF after disposal, and some incinerators have higher requirements for the feed size of materials, and RDF forming machines have higher requirements for the size of materials, so we need to carry out secondary shredding of materials to reduce the size of materials. After shredding, it needs to be treated with iron remover. After iron remover, it enters to the fine shredder for the second time, and then can reach the required size.
The equipment included: GDI double-shaft shearing shredder, magnetic separator, single-shaft fine shredder, RDF forming machine.
