Project introduction
The plant for alternative fuel production can prepare general industrial solid waste such as leather scraps, waste fabrics, and paper mill twisted ropes into alternative fuel SRF, with a production capacity of up to 15 tons per hour, fully meeting customer needs and creating high economic benefits.
The plant adopts the double-shaft + single-shaft double-stage crushing concept, and then removes ferrous metals through a magnetic separator, so that the obtained SRF alternative fuel has a particle size of 50-100mm and a compliance rate of more than 95%, making it suitable for use in cement plants, thermal power plants, etc. When used for combustion, the combustion efficiency per unit volume is improved, thereby improving resource utilization!
