1、 Fixed disposal plan
The material is sent to the jaw crusher through the feeder for coarse crushing, and then through magnetic separation, manual sorting and primary air separation after crushing. The relatively clean material is sent to the counter crushing for medium and fine crushing. After crushing, it is sent to the finished product screen for screening, and the unqualified material is returned to the counter crushing and broken again until it is qualified. The material after the finished product screening is sent to the light material processor for impurity removal and then transported to the material pile.
The program uses the mature jaw crusher and impact crusher as the core equipment, with strong crushing capacity, high crushing efficiency, large processing capacity, excellent grain size of finished sand and gravel, and reasonable grading.
2、 Mobile disposal plan
The construction waste is fed to the feeder by the forklift. The feeder has the pre-screening function. The fine materials that do not need to be crushed are conveyed to the material pile by the belt conveyor. The large materials are conveyed to the crusher by the feeder for crushing. The crushed materials are conveyed to the finished product screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The iron remover removes the reinforcement. The air separator and the water flotation separator remove the light materials respectively, and finally different specifications of clean aggregate are obtained.
In this scheme, all waste treatment equipment can be installed on the mobile frame, with short project cycle and fast transfer follow-up, which can treat construction waste nearby and reduce the high cost of waste transportation.
