Last weekend, the production staff of GEP ECOTECH worked overtime in spite of the snow, Shandong FRP shredding and disposal equipment and Jiangxi bulky waste shredding and disposal equipment were loaded and shipped one after another and departed on time. This is also a successful conclusion to the Year of the Ox.
Apart from the classic production line equipment such as double shaft shredder, chain conveyor, belt conveyor, self-unloading iron remover, pulse dust collector and intelligent centralized control cabinet, nothing is more conspicuous than the GSS series European version single shaft fine shredder. It is driven by a motor + gearbox reducer and can process materials to a small size in one go, making it indispensable for all kinds of solid waste fine shredding operations.
- The use of inclined push type arc pusher, using hydraulic pressure for driving, pushing material fast frequency, reduce the no-load loss; when the pusher is not working, can also use the material's own gravity and arc access door to make the material fall directly into the shredding area for rapid shredding.
- The screen and screen bracket in the drop screen assembly are of split structure, when adjusting the shredding size, only the screen mesh can be replaced, which is convenient and low cost; the screen assembly supports hydraulic one-touch opening to achieve convenient maintenance of the rotor, reducing manual maintenance time and cost and improving production efficiency.
- When replacing the cutters assembly or screen, the hydraulic device can be used to open the access door, from the open side of the access door to carry out maintenance, fast and convenient, saving manpower and time; when the access door is closed, the falling material can fall directly into the access door curved surface, which is convenient for the free fall of material and the push of the material pusher, improving the shredding efficiency.
- The movable cutters base and the cutters grain are fixed by bolts, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and improve the maintenance efficiency; the cutters adopt the "V" shaped arrangement, which reduces the material eating resistance when shredding materials.
In the past two months, the production, installation and commissioning of GEP ECOTECH has entered a busy period, especially the production department often works overtime to seize the progress, and the after-sales technical engineers are almost immediately rushing to the next site after the completion of one site, which can be described as a continuous rotation. After the delivery of the equipment, the after-sales engineers will arrive on time for the installation and commissioning of the equipment in accordance with the time required by the customer to ensure timely production.
