At present, the main solid recovery fuel preparation technologies include drying and mechanical separation. Drying can be divided into thermal drying and biological drying. Thermal drying is to heat domestic waste through external heat sources to reduce the moisture content of materials in various forms, while biological drying is mainly to use microbial degradation to generate heat to reduce the moisture content.
Biodrying Treatment
biodrying treatment refers to the principle that under the condition of forced ventilation, microorganisms use the perishable organic matter in the mixed garbage to ferment to produce heat, ventilation under high temperature to accelerate the evaporation of water, and use the warm air to carry more water than the cold air to take away the water in the garbage, thus realizing the purpose of biological drying. The dried waste is loose and the viscosity between particles is reduced, which greatly reduces the difficulty of mechanical separation.
Mechanical Treatment
Mechanical treatment technology is based on the physical properties of each component in domestic waste, such as hardness, density, quality, particle size, optical properties and electromagnetic properties.
