In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the advancement of urbanization, the total amount of municipal solid waste generated in daily life is also increasing. The government has also invested a lot of energy in the treatment of municipal solid waste, and has also implemented policies and guidelines on the treatment of urban municipal solid waste. Many customers who have contacted us for the first time still have a lot of doubts about the treatment of municipal solid waste. Here, I will make a brief introduction to the treatment of municipal solid waste.
At present, there are three main ways to deal with domestic waste in our country: landfill, composting, and incineration. Landfill usually involves burying household waste directly into the ground for natural decomposition. The composting method requires the use of equipment to break the organic matter in the domestic waste, and then degrade the organic matter to make compost. Incineration is the domestic waste after crushing and sorting treatment, or direct combustion to generate electricity, or RDF combustion rod, basically is heat energy conversion.
These three methods are the most commonly used methods at present, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Landfill occupies land resources, composting process is complex, incineration needs to strengthen flue gas treatment, and at present, there are more environmentally friendly new technologies emerging, hydrogen production from municipal solid waste. With the development of hydrogen energy industry in our country, low-carbon and clean hydrogen will usher in large-scale application demand, and the technology of hydrogen production from municipal solid waste pyrolysis and gasification will have great application potential.
No matter what kind of municipal solid waste disposal method, it is to achieve the purpose of harmless waste disposal, reduction and resource recycling, practice the concept of green water and green mountains is gold and silver mountains, and help achieve the goal of double carbon. According to the characteristics of municipal solid waste, GEP ECOTECH has developed a special municipal solid waste disposal system. The system uses multiple processes such as shredding and screening of biochemical waste to treat municipal solid waste as resources. The system mainly includes coarse crusher, fine crusher, roller screen, magnetic separator, air separator, conveyor and GI intelligent control system, high degree of automation, high production efficiency, etc.
