Process of making RDF from waste woven bags

- Pre-shredding: Use a high-torque twin-shaft shearing shredder to break up the entangled waste woven bags and shred them into small pieces for subsequent processing.
- Screening: use iron remover, sorting machine, etc. to separate metal, sand and other non-combustible materials contained in waste woven bags.
- Fine crushing: pre-crushed and screened materials enter the fine shredder for secondary crushing
- Drying (optional): The finely crushed materials enter the dryer to control the moisture content below 10%.
- Compression forming: RDF pellet mill compresses the crushed material to make it have higher combustion performance and facilitate transportation.
