Decoration waste is one of the more complex components of construction waste and requires more crushing and sorting processes to be effectively recycled. The project is located in Hubei Province, Central China and is designed to produce 60-80 tons per hour of sand and gravel with a particle size of 0-10mm and 10-31.5mm. The decoration waste undergoes two stages of crushing by a double-shaft shredder and an impact crusher, as well as several stages of sorting such as vibratory screening, air separation, magnetic separation and light material separation to achieve adequate separation of sand and gravel from metals and light materials.
