Roller Screen

Roller Screen

The GZS series roller screen is a sorting device according to the size and weight of the waste. It is also called disc screen. Depending on the width, 15-20 discs can be installed on one roller; depending on the amount of screening required, different numbers of rollers can be installed. As the roller screen discs are constantly rotating, there is no blockage of the screen holes.

Overview

The roller screen is particularly suitable for sorting shredded domestic waste, industrial waste, large pieces of refuse derived fuels; it can also be used in the production process of sorting and reuse of renewable resources such as waste rubber, waste paper, waste plastics, RDF preparation, etc.

The roller screen is driven forward by the rotation of the rollers, which drive the waste on the screen upward. When working, the rollers are driven to rotate by the drive equipment and when the material enters the equipment, material larger than the screen gap is conveyed from the top of the screen to the next process, while material smaller than the screen gap falls through the gap to the collection belt below, which conveys it out of the equipment.

Features

  • Modular design, small space occupation and convenient for maintenance and repair.

  • The equipment structure is solid and wear-resistant, with long service life and low maintenance cost.

  • High capacity, high selectivity, stable and reliable operation, small power and low energy consumption.

  • Wear resistant steel plate is used for easily worn sieve tray, which greatly improves the overall wear resistance and effectively reduces maintenance cycle and cost.

  • The roller is made of high-strength alloy steel and is subject to overall quenching and tempering treatment, to ensure that the equipment can be in operation under high load for a long time.
