Overview

The multi frequency screen is mainly composed of the sealing cover, vibrating screen body, screen box, exciter, vibration reducing spring, bottom support, discharge hopper, motor support, and other parts. It is used in industries such as sand and gravel aggregates, construction waste treatment, and mining.

The multi frequency screen utilizes two parallel rotating shafts with eccentric masses parallel to the material (screen plate) plane, which rotate by dragging two asynchronous motors. At the moment when both electric motors are started, the two rotating shafts achieve self synchronous rotation through the screen body, achieving linear vibration of the screen body. The vibrating screen body drives the screen plate to throw materials, and during the falling process, the materials pass through the screen meshes to achieve the purpose of material classification.

Features

  • The segmented vibration of each vibrating screen core can achieve free adjustment of high-frequency low-amplitude, and low-frequency high-amplitude on each section of the screen surface, which is different from the traditional circular vibrating screen’s vibration method of the same vibration source, amplitude, and frequency.

  • Static sealing is adopted, and all inlet and outlet of the equipment can be easily connected to other equipment with rigid sealing. The entire screening operation is carried out in a fully sealed state, which is more environmentally friendly.

  • The vibrating screen core adopts a linear vibration type, and suitable vibration direction angle and screen surface inclination angle can be selected according to the material characteristics, resulting in better screening effect, faster material transportation, and larger processing capacity.

  • The equipment can be disassembled, reducing the size and weight of bulky materials, making transportation convenient and allowing for on-site assembly.
