The light material separator is composed of the rack, upper box, discharge bin, feeder, fan, regulating device, and outlet/return air duct, etc. It is particularly prominent in the production line of construction waste, demolition waste, and decoration waste. It can efficiently remove light materials such as wood blocks, plastics, glass, foams, and paper scraps, and improve the quality and cleanliness of finished sand and gravel aggregates.
The machine utilizes cyclone airflow classification technology to feed at a balanced rate and enter the separation chamber of airflow classification through a material distributor. Then, under the action of strong airflow, dust and light materials such as paper scraps, plastics, wood chips, are separated and directly introduced into the settling chamber to separate with finished materials. The separated dust and light materials are discharged from another outlet of the separator.
