From March 14th to 15th, an on-site observation meeting on the standardized promotion of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) classification work in Shandong Province was held in Dongying City. The relevant leaders of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development attended and delivered a speech. During this period, the attendees went deep into the Dongying District MSW Classification Operation Center for on-site observation.
This center is the largest and most fully functional comprehensive operation center for garbage classification in Dongying City, with a total investment of up to 100 million yuan and an area of approximately 48,000 square meters. It can process 50,000 tons of recyclable materials annually and handle 2,000 tons of professional garbage. The center is fully functional, covering the weighing, sorting, baling, and temporary storage of recyclable materials, the dismantling, sorting, and temporary storage of bulky waste, as well as the shredding and temporary storage of garden waste.
