Firstly, the industrial waste of plastic and paper disposal production line has the shredding function. The shredding equipment adopts various types of crushing combinations, such as primary shredding. We use a double-shaft shredder to shear, disperse and open these leftover materials to obtain more uniform sheet materials. This part of flaky materials will enter our fine shredder along with our conveying equipment. The reason for entering the fine shredding is to make these materials into RDF combustible rod materials, which need to be small enough to form. Industrial waste plastic and papers must pass through an iron removal system before entering the fine shredder. The reason for iron removal is to recycle metal resources and protect secondary fine shredder equipment. The final formed materials will be collected and temporarily stored through the receiving machine newly developed by GEP ECOTECH. When the market price is appropriate, the owner can sell it directly.
