Mechanical biological treatment(MBT) of municipal solid waste includes mechanical and biological treatment, which can complete waste treatment independently, and can also be combined with other waste treatment technologies such as incineration technology and landfill technology to complete waste treatment together.
The mechanical part of mechanical biological treatment mainly uses sorting and screening equipment to undertake the treatment of components with high combustion value in mixed municipal solid waste, such as organic matter, plastic, residue, paper, wood and other components. The system solution is suitable for the front-end pretreatment of waste treatment processes such as circulating fluidized bed power generation, cement kiln cooperation, pyrolysis gasification, dry anaerobic, etc. At the same time, it is suitable for biological treatment technology, including anaerobic and aerobic technology, to realize deep processing and utilization of organic waste from many aspects, such as biodegradation, fermentation and ripening, biological drying, and energy utilization.
