The recycling and processing capacity of the waste sorting center is 200,000 tons per year, which means a daily processing capacity of about 550 tons of waste. The processed materials include recyclables, bulky waste, metal waste, plastic waste, waste paper, and so on. The center cooperates with the front-end recyclable system to collect, classify, sort, shred, and compress recyclable materials in the area.
GEP ECOTECH provided three production lines for the project, including bulky waste shredding and volume reduction line, metal waste and plastic waste recycling lines, covering multiple core products of the company, such as double shaft shredder, heavy-duty single shaft shredder, magnetic separator, pulse filter cartridge dust collector, etc. The production line technology is simple and smooth, the equipment selection is reasonable, the operation is stable and reliable, and the production capacity and processing effect meet the customer's expectations.
