In accordance with the new policy, the enterprises applying for the collection and transportation of food waste shall meet the following conditions:

4, The corresponding technology, quality, safety, monitoring and management system.
According to the "regulation", the production units and collection, transportation and disposal enterprises of kitchen waste shall respectively establish registration ledger and record the types, amount, whereabouts, sending and receiving situation, disposal results and other matters of kitchen waste. In accordance with the relevant provisions, It is reported to the local county (city, district) department and administration of city appearance and environmental sanitation. And the registration account of kitchen waste collection, transportation and disposal shall be kept for at least 3 years.
At the same time, kitchen waste production units shall not store food waste in the open air or mix it with other garbage for storage, collection, transportation and disposal. They shall not dump and store food and kitchen waste everywhere or discharge it to rainwater (sewage water) pipes, ditches and other facilities. Any unit who infringes it shall be fined 5000 to 50000 yuan and individuals shall be fined no more than 200 yuan. punishable by a fine of 200 yuan. Anyone who removes the kitchen waste from the rain (waste) water pipes, ditches and other facilities without permission shall be fined 10000 to 50000 yuan. Anyone who engages in kitchen waste collection, transportation and disposal activities without permission shall be fined 30000 yuan and individuals shall be fined 10000 yuan.
