This project is a newly built facility designed for the efficient treatment of bulky waste and recyclables. The project handles 5–8 t/h of bulky waste and 8 t/h of recyclables, with an output size of ≤300 mm. The bulky waste line adopts conveying, shredding, and magnetic separation to recover metals, while the remaining materials are sent for incineration. The recyclable waste line integrates roller screening, magnetic separation, and ballistic screening to separate metals, plastics, textiles, and paper for baling. Featuring high automation, low energy consumption, and efficient sorting performance, the project greatly improves resource recovery efficiency. The customer highly praised the stable operation of the equipment and the professionalism of GEP ECOTECH's after-sales team, which successfully completed installation and commissioning under a very tight schedule to ensure on-time project delivery.
