The company's existing production workshop covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, with more than 100 sets of precision processing equipment such as CNC wire-cutting machine tools, CNC lathes, vertical machining centres, CNC gantry machining centres, etc., which can independently complete the production and processing of all core components. The highly efficient intelligent environmental protection equipment manufacturing base will be put into operation at the end of this year, located in the Yuan Yang County Industrial Cluster, with an investment of RMB 500 million, covering a total area of 100 mu and a total construction area of 35,000 square metres, integrating headquarters office, manufacturing, technology research and development, staff life and recreational facilities, which will achieve an annual output of 400 units (sets) of highly efficient intelligent environmental protection equipment and an annual output value of over 500 million.
The completed production base will have a complete enterprise computer network and communication network, which can realize the networking, intelligence and informationization of product design, administration and production process, including the establishment of office automation (OA) and customer relationship management (CRM) information management system, CAD/CAPP/CAM-based engineering design/process/manufacturing system, intelligent monitoring system, etc., to inject fresh blood of informationization into the traditional manufacturing industry, and improve the management level and innovation capability of the whole enterprise.
