2026

In April, GEP ECOTECH participated in the IE expo China 2026 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), to showcase its latest waste-to-value solutions at Asia's largest environmental exhibition.

In May, GEP ECOTECH contributed to the first comprehensive waste sorting center in Wuhan's Huangpi District to launch, which is the first "National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration Zones" in Wuhan, China.

In September, GEP ECOTECH brought waste‑to‑resource solutions to Recycling Expo Middle East 2026 in Dubai, UAE, which is the region's largest recycling and sustainability trade event.

2025

In March, a project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 metric tons of alternative fuel was first launched in Jiangsu. Subsequently, alternative fuel production projects sprang up rapidly across Henan, Shanghai, Shandong, and countries and regions in the Middle East, utilizing a wide range of solid waste materials, including municipal solid waste, industrial waste, construction waste, and agricultural and forestry waste. The trend of coordinated development both domestically and internationally remained strong.

In March, starting with the Shanghai IBS Biomass Energy Summit, the company participated in exhibitions throughout the year across multiple cities, including Beijing, Nanjing, Guangzhou, and Wuhan. By showcasing innovative solutions such as biomass co-firing and the production of alternative fuels from industrial waste, the company continued to promote industry exchange and technology sharing.

In June, the GBX series hammer mill successfully passed trial runs, achieving a balance between fine shredding and high production capacity. It can be widely applied in various scenarios, including straw, wood, and fiberglass. During the same period, core equipment such as single-shaft shredders, drum screens, and air classifiers underwent comprehensive upgrades. These breakthroughs in cutting-edge technology enhanced solid waste processing efficiency and resource recovery rates, highlighting the company's R&D capabilities in continuous innovation.

In August, GEP ECOTECH attended INDO WASTE & RECYCLING 2025 EXPO & FORUM in Jakarta, to pioneer Indonesia's RDF revolution.

In September, GEP ECOTECH assisted in the establishment of an efficient alternative fuel production line for waste sorting centers.

In October, the company successfully entered the Taiwan market by partnering with Tainan's largest auto dismantling enterprise to convert automotive interiors into high-quality alternative fuels, achieving a win-win outcome of resource recycling and economic benefits. Multiple collaborative projects in Taiwan have already been secured for 2026, with cross-strait cooperation set to further advance resource recycling.

In October, GEP ECOTECH attended the Waste Expo Australia 2025 at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, to explore innovative pathways to smarter recycling and sustainable resource management..

In December, GEP ECOTECH's two benchmark projects for alternative fuel were successfully landed, writing a new chapter in resource utilization.

2024

In March, GEP ECOTECH intelligent equipment empowers Shandong Garbage Classification Comprehensive Operation Center.

In May, GEP ECOTECH Awarded the "2024 Henan Province Service-Oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise".

From November to December, the company made consecutive appearances at industry conferences focused on biomass co-firing. Multiple pretreatment solutions—including those for direct biomass combustion power generation and biomass-coupled power generation—earned widespread recognition and praise from industry professionals.

In December, the company comprehensively expanded its product lineup across various models—including the third-generation European-style fine shredder, the intelligent tower-type hazardous waste shredding system, drum screens, and chain conveyors—continuously optimizing and refining its product portfolio to achieve more solid technological advancements and innovative breakthroughs.

2023

In April, in the post pandemic era, new products and processes were introduced at the 24th IE expo China. During the exhibition, GEP ECOTECH received interviews from multiple authoritative industry media and was listed on the “Top 100 of the IE expo China 2023”.

In June, the Zhejiang Environmental Sanitation Resource Recycling and Disposal Center EPC project, which was provided by GEP ECOTECH with full cycle services such as design, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, installation, commissioning and acceptance, operation training, etc., was successfully put into operation. Strength can be seen on major projects!

In July, a keynote speech was delivered at the “2023 Cement Industry Dual Carbon Background Upgrading, Transformation, and Efficiency Enhancement, as well as Intelligent New Technologies and Equipment Exchange Conference”, to assist the cement industry in improving production and efficiency, and promoting green and low-carbon development.

In August, “Research on Key Technologies and Equipment for Intelligent, Efficient, Energy Saving, and Recycling of Organic Solid Waste” was listed as a “2023 Key R&D Special Project in Henan Province” by Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

In December, it was awarded the 2023 Leading Enterprise in the Industrial Solid Waste Field - Annual Growth Award for Industrial Solid Waste Resource Treatment.

2022

In February, the anniversary celebration was held ceremoniously, and the company's future road was more steady.

In May, the high-efficiency intelligent environmental protection equipment manufacturing base was officially put into operation. The company's capacity scale, intelligent manufacturing level and brand value in the field of solid waste equipment manufacturing achieved leapfrog development. Successfully shortlisted in Henan Province Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises.

In June, it was listed on the list of "Specialized and New" Small and Medium Enterprises in Henan Province in 2022. This signifies that GEP has been highly recognized for its research and innovation capability, management capability and brand influence.

In September, the third-generation GSE-3 series European-style fine crusher was launched. This equipment meets the needs of users for high-strength crushing of complex materials in large production lines.

In December, GEP ECOTECH won the 2022 Annual Growth Award for Industrial Solid Waste Recycling; won a total of 33 national invention patents, utility model patents and design patents throughout the year, reaching a new high.

2021

In March, won the title of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprise.

In April, awarded AAA credit rating certificate. The construction project of the high-efficiency intelligent environmental protection equipment production base (Phase I) with an annual output of 400 units (sets) was officially launched, and the company's manufacturing strength will reach a new level!

In June, the self-developed double-shaft biomass shredder helped Heilongjiang Qingxiang Group to successfully connect the world's largest single capacity of agricultural and forestry biomass cogeneration project to the grid.

In September, the third-generation GSE-3 series European-style fine crusher was launched. This equipment meets the needs of users for high-strength crushing of complex materials in large production lines.

In November, entered the Macao Special Administrative Region, and its service territory continued to expand.

2020

In April, the company presented epidemic prevention materials to overseas partners in batches, and helped each other to fight the epidemic.

In July, the Double Shaft Shredder 2.0 was born, with further upgraded performance and quality!

In August, the company appeared at the 21st China Environmental Expo (IE EXPO)

In October, the company was approved to set up the Zhengzhou Solid Waste Recycling Equipment Engineering Technology Research Centre to promote the local transformation of more scientific research results on solid waste recycling; it was awarded the honorary title of "Zhengzhou Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprise", and its innovation ability and comprehensive strength were recognized again.

In December, the company was approved to set up the Henan Solid Waste Recycling Equipment Engineering Technology Research Centre, striving to continue to contribute to the prevention and control of solid waste pollution in Henan Province and the whole country.

In February, we signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhengzhou University to promote collaborative innovation between industry, academia and research, and build a base for transforming scientific and technological innovation results.

In April, the company appeared at IE EXPO 2019, the 20th China Environmental Expo, to dialogue with the world on solid waste disposal and showcase the charm of GEP's intellectual manufacturing.

In July, we signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Zhongyuan Environmental Protection Industry Research Institute of Tongji University to deepen the cooperation between industry, academia and research and to achieve win-win development.

In December, the company was awarded the title of "High and New Technology Enterprise", officially entering the ranks of high-tech enterprises; the Yuan Yang plant project was officially approved, starting a new journey of strategic development.

2018

In April, we passed the ISO quality management system certification and EU CE certification, and the product manufacturing standard was in line with international standards, which laid a solid foundation for market development.

2016

In January, we started to transform to technology research and development to achieve a "quality" breakthrough in processing equipment.

In February, the domestic R&D centre was established and a technology transfer agreement was reached with GEP ECOTECH of Canada.

In March, we started to shift from the production of stand-alone equipment to the manufacture of large-scale production lines, including: waste tire production lines, tower hazardous waste shredding systems, bulky waste disposal production lines, etc., and quickly became a new force in the solid waste shredding industry.

In July, the introduction of high-end CNC processing machine tools and other precision manufacturing equipment, solid waste business entered a period of rapid growth and sales continued to climb.

2012

Technical cooperation with North American company GEP ECOTECH was reached and OEM production started.
